-
Personal Data
Any information that directly or indirectly relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
-
Technical Data
Record identifiers, authorization tokens, service metadata, and other technical information that, by itself, does not allow identification of a specific individual.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedures for handling data that passes through the Licensor's integration applications.
Installing and using the integration application constitutes the User's acceptance of the terms of this Policy. If the User does not agree, the User must discontinue use of the application.
The Licensor's integration applications serve exclusively as a technical intermediary — they transfer data between the User's information systems. The applications are not designed for independent collection, accumulation, or storage of any data.
Only technical data is transmitted through the integration applications. Such data, by itself, does not allow the Licensor to identify a specific individual.
The Licensor does not collect, accumulate, store, organize, or otherwise process personal data of the User's end users. Data is transmitted in transit and is not retained on the Licensor's servers or infrastructure after the transfer is complete.
-
The User independently determines the composition and categories of data transmitted through the integration applications. The User acts as the personal data controller with respect to the data of its clients and counterparties and bears full responsibility for:
compliance with applicable personal data legislation;
obtaining all necessary consents from data subjects for the processing and transfer of their data;
ensuring lawful grounds for transferring data through third-party services.
The User undertakes not to transmit personal data through the integration applications (full names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, and other information that allows identification of an individual). In the event of a breach of this requirement, all responsibility for the lawfulness of such data transfer rests solely with the User.
The Licensor maintains technical logs of data transfers (time, operation status, request identifiers) for the purpose of ensuring service operability and error diagnostics. Logs are not intended for storing personal data. The User, by sending data through the integration application, independently ensures that the transmitted data does not contain personal information that may be recorded in the logs. Logs are retained for no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days, after which they are automatically deleted.
Data is transmitted over secure communication channels (HTTPS/TLS). The Licensor takes reasonable technical measures to ensure the security of data in transit.
The Licensor is not liable for the content of data transmitted by the User through the integration applications, nor for any consequences of the User's violation of personal data legislation requirements.
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA. All disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
The Licensor reserves the right to amend this Policy. The revised version shall take effect upon its publication. Continued use of the integration application after the publication of changes constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Policy.
All inquiries and communications regarding this Policy should be directed to the email address sales@flamix.email.
